Setup
Android
We don't have our own app: Android works with two free third-party clients — INCY (default) and Happ. The steps are identical, pick your tab.
Open the wizard
In the dashboard press «Подключить VPN» (Connect VPN), pick Android and press «Начать установку» (Start setup).
Three steps

Install INCY. The usual button is Google Play. If Play is missing or won't open, press APK — the file downloads directly. After installing, come back to the dashboard and tap «Я уже установил · Далее» (Already installed · Next).

Hand over the subscription. Press «Открыть в INCY» (Open in INCY). Android shows a system “Connection request” dialog — tap OK, the VPN won't start without it.
Step 2: subscription handover. -
Turn it on. Open INCY, pick a location and press the connect button. A key icon appears in the status bar.
Step 3: setup complete.
Android will ask permission to install apps from this source — allow it for your browser, otherwise the install never starts.
App links
Happ is the second supported client — use it if it's already installed or you prefer it.

In the dashboard press «Подключить VPN» (Connect VPN), pick Android, and on the device screen tap «Инструкция для Happ» (Happ guide) — the wizard switches to Happ. Then «Начать установку» (Start setup).

Install Happ. Same buttons: Google Play, or APK directly if Play is unavailable. Then come back to the dashboard.

Turn it on. Open Happ, pick a location and press connect.

Only one VPN can be active in the system — pick INCY or Happ and keep just one.
