TV & set-top box
The subscription reaches the TV not from the dashboard but from INCY on your phone: the TV shows a QR code and the phone scans it. Same flow for Android TV and Apple TV.
Without INCY holding a working subscription on your phone there is nothing to send to the TV. If the phone isn't connected yet, start there: iPhone or Android.
Open the wizard
In the dashboard press «Подключить VPN» (Connect VPN), pick Android TV or Apple TV, then «Начать установку» (Start setup).
Three steps

Install INCY on the TV — from its own app store. The dashboard has an install button, but the app still installs on the TV itself.
Step 1: installing the app on the TV. -
Hand over the subscription — three actions in a row:
On the TV open INCY and press «+» — a QR code appears.
On the phone open INCY, find the SafeMoney VPN subscription and tap the three dots next to it.
Choose Send to TV and scan the QR code off the TV screen with your phone.Step 2: the wizard lists all three actions. The subscription appears in INCY on the TV.

Turn it on. Press Done in the dashboard. On the TV pick a location and switch the VPN on.
Step 3: setup complete.
It counts the same as a phone or computer. If you run out of slots, free one in the dashboard or buy more — see devices & limits.
If the TV lives on your home network, putting the VPN on the router is more reliable: no app on the TV at all, nothing to type with the remote, and no device slot spent.
