Acceptable use
Use it like an ordinary internet connection. The limits below exist for one reason: to keep our addresses out of block lists so the service keeps working for everyone.
What you must not do
The full list is in the terms of service, section 9. In plain words:
- distributing malware, phishing, stealing credentials, fraud;
- unauthorised access, scanning other people's systems for vulnerabilities, denial-of-service attacks, circumventing the technical limits of the service itself;
- sending spam, automated abuse of external services, distributing prohibited information;
- reselling access, publishing configurations and working beyond the device limit you paid for.
Torrents: there is a separate server
By default BitTorrent goes out directly, around the tunnel, and on the regular locations it is blocked. This is deliberate: copyright complaints land on the server address, and one such address serves many people at once. There is a practical consequence: the VPN will not speed up torrents that your ISP throttles, because they never enter the tunnel.
If you do need torrents over the VPN, we run a separate server in the Netherlands. In the location list it is called «🇳🇱 🧲 Торренты» (Torrents). It is the only point where seeding and downloading are allowed, and it is available on every plan.

In INCY or Happ just pick the «🇳🇱 🧲 Торренты» location from the server list. In clients with automatic selection (mihomo, Clash) torrents have their own group, «🧲 Торренты»: it defaults to direct, switch it to the Dutch node. If you cannot find it, message support and we will point you to it.
The same rules apply on that server as everywhere else: it is for ordinary file sharing, not for distributing prohibited content. Keep it selected only while you are downloading; for everyday browsing switch back to automatic.
Your subscription link is yours alone
The link works like a key: anyone can connect with it and the devices come out of your limit. Do not post it in chats or on forums. If it has leaked, reissue it in the dashboard under Profile → «Перевыпустить подписку» (Reissue subscription). See Manual link & QR.
Device limit
The number of devices is part of your plan, and there is no need to work around it with third-party clients: every connection takes a slot, a TV included. How to see used slots, unlink a device and buy more is on Devices & limits.
What happens if the rules are broken
Where there are well-founded signs of a violation, access may be limited temporarily and you may be asked to explain. If waiting would put the infrastructure at risk, the limit applies immediately, before notice. That is the condition from the terms, section 9.2.
It happens: part of the automation reacts to indirect signs. Message support, we will look into it and restore access.
Age limit
The service is intended for users aged 14 and over; between 14 and 18 the consent of a legal representative is assumed where the law requires it.
