Setup
iPhone & iPad
We don't have our own iPhone app: the connection runs through free third-party clients — INCY (default) or Happ. The subscription travels into the app with one button, nothing to copy.
Open the wizard
In the dashboard press «Подключить VPN» (Connect VPN), make sure iOS is selected, and press «Начать установку» (Start setup).
Three steps

Install INCY. Press App Store RU if your Apple ID is Russian, or App Store Global for any other country. In the App Store tap Get, wait for the install and come back to the dashboard — the setup won't continue otherwise.
Wizard step 1: two store buttons. -
Hand over the subscription. Press «Открыть в INCY» (Open in INCY) — the app opens and loads your subscription by itself. iOS will ask once for permission to add a VPN configuration: tap Allow and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
Step 2: subscription handover. -
Turn it on. The wizard shows “Done!”. Open INCY, pick a location and press the round button. A VPN badge appears in the status bar.
Step 3: setup complete.
Go back to the dashboard and press the other store button. The Russian and global App Stores are different storefronts with different apps — one of the two will open for sure.
App links
Usually unnecessary — the dashboard opens the right storefront itself. But if you want to install ahead of time:
Happ is the second supported client, but on iPhone it installs only with a non-Russian Apple ID: it is not in the Russian App Store under any name. Use Happ if your Apple ID is not Russian and the app is already installed or you simply prefer it.

In the dashboard press «Подключить VPN» (Connect VPN) and on the device screen tap the «Инструкция для Happ» (Happ guide) link — the wizard switches to Happ. Then «Начать установку» (Start setup).

Install Happ. The App Store Global button only works with a non-Russian Apple ID; a Russian one cannot install the app. Install it and come back to the dashboard.

Hand over the subscription. Press «Открыть в Happ» (Open in Happ) — the app loads the subscription itself. The VPN permission prompt works the same as with INCY.
Step 2: subscription handover to Happ. -
Turn it on. Open Happ, pick a location and press the connect button.
Happ is not in the Russian App Store. On 25 August 2026 we checked both of its listings and neither opens from Russia, so the App Store RU button in the wizard leads nowhere. The look-alikes you find there by searching for Happ come from unrelated publishers, so do not install those.
With a Russian Apple ID there is one working path: INCY, the first tab. Android has no such problem, Happ is on Google Play there.
Only one VPN can be active in the system — two clients will fight each other.
